Attention should be paid to the application of ABS plastics

　　ABS plastic particles are generally opaque. The appearance is light toothlike, non-toxic, tasteless, and has the characteristics of toughness, hardness and rigidity. The burning is slow, the flame is yellow, and there is black smoke. After burning, the plastic softens and scorches, and declares the special smell of cinnamon, but there is no melting dripping phenomenon. Engineering plastics have excellent inductive function, excellent impact strength, good dimensional stability, electrical function, wear resistance, chemical resistance, dyeing property, molding and mechanical processing are better. ABS resin is resistant to water, inorganic salt, alkali and acid, insoluble in most alcohols and hydrocarbon solvents, but simply soluble in aldehydes, ketones, esters and some chlorinated hydrocarbons.

　　High gloss ABS plastics will be used in some plastic occupations with high requirements on appearance, especially toy production and plastic packaging. What should we pay attention to when using ABS recycled high gloss materials?

　　Precautions for application of high gloss ABS plastic:

　　

　　Molding shortening: 0.4-0.7%

　　Molding temperature: 200-240 ℃

　　Dry condition: 80-90 ℃ for 2 hours

　　Ablation temperature: 210-280 ℃ (suggested temperature: 245 ℃)

　　Injection speed: medium high speed injection pressure: 500-1000bar

　　Mold temperature: 25-70 ℃ (mold temperature will affect the finish of plastic parts, lower temperature will lead to lower finish)
